Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your nail & bone polish! If you are unhappy with your polish, nail & bone will gladly accept returns (within 14 days of your original purchase date) if you send us the product in its original condition, including packaging, for a full refund of amount paid.

Customers that decide to exchange or return merchandise are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original purchaser. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for a replacement of the same item in the event the item arrived damaged.

Please follow the instructions below to receive a product refund. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • Please email and include your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the item(s).If your return request is within the allowed timeframe, we will email back confirming your return request.Please re-pack the products in its original box and packaging.
  • Include your original order form with your return.
  • Affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.
  • Email us back with a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.
